Car Wash Policies and other Information

Here you will find Waialae Chevron's Wash Policies and Instruction packet. 

Enclosed is the information you will need to qualify, contact us,  and
recommended practices for a safe and successful fund-raiser.
 
A few basic requirements are:
 
1) Your group needs to be registered non-profit
2) No political or religious organizations.
3) You need a MINIMUM of 20 people present at all times while conducting your
wash (8 washing, 8 drying, and 2 traffic controllers).
4) No one under the age of 15 allowed to participate in, or, be on the property
during the wash.
 
Please print out this .pdf form and review it with your group for understanding
and ability to comply with our expectations and requirements from each and every
group. Once you have read and understand the Wash Policies and Instructions,
email us at towagon@yahoo.com , tell us who you are and provide us with enough
information to help us qualify your group as non-profit and having sufficient
man-power so we can schedule a wash date.
 
Generally, available wash dates are 2-3 months out for reservations.
